Imaginary Friends: Victoria, BC, Canada

The presentation of the Imaginary Friends project in Victoria, BC, Canada took three forms. From March 11-April 9, 2016 the project was exhibited at Open Space Arts Society (510 Fort Street, Victoria, BC) with images of my own works as well as contributions to the project from the general public, drawn from an open invitation to participate. The project was also exhibited at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria with works produced by youth from the Open Door Access to Art program, in dialogue with the project theme, from March 11-April 3, 2016.

All contributions to the project also were installed and remain accessible in virtual spaces around the city of Victoria. Sample images of the public installation can be found at: http://www.tedhiebert.net/site/friends.php.
